摘 要:基于多体动力学理论,借助ADAMS仿真软件建立SGA3722型矿用汽车的整车动力学仿真模型,验证整车的稳态转向特性,模拟矿区非平整路面和越障等典型工况下的整车动力性能。确定矿车在各种极限工况下动载荷的分布情况,摒弃以往依靠设计者的经验和类比相同吨位矿车参数来确定各静载荷的设计弊端。借助计算机仿真工具,减少矿用汽车的制造成本,缩短开发周期,提高产品质量,为矿用汽车整车设计提供了可靠的理论依据。Based on multi-body dynamic theory,dynamic simulation model of complete vehicle is set up for model SGA3722 mining truck with ADAMS simulation software to verify the static steering performance of the cornplete vehicle.Dynamic performance of the basic vehicle is simulated on tough ground and under barrier clearing condition.Distributions of dynamic loads under various extreme work conditions are determined. Shortcomings in conventional procedures:based on designer's experience and parameter referencing of the same tonnage mining trucks,are discarded.Thanks to computer simulation tool,manufacture cost of mining trucks is decreased,development period is shortened and product quality is increased.A reliable theoretical basis is provided for complete vehicle design of mining trucks.
