摘 要:用丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸(AA)对醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)进行共聚改性,制备了稳定的VAc/BA/AA共聚乳液。研究了该聚合体系的动力学特征,讨论了乳化剂浓度(CE)、引发剂浓度(C1)和反应温度(T)对聚合速率和单体转化率的影响。实验结果表明,乳液聚合速率随着CE、C1和T的增加而增大;单体转化率随着CE和C1的增加而增大,在75℃时转化率有最大值;得到该共聚乳液体系的表观活化能Ea=64.4kJ·mol-1;聚合反应速率RP∝CE0.45C10.76,该式与经典的乳液聚合动力学模型有较大偏差。The stable VAc/BA/AA composite emulsion was prepared by copolymerization modification of vinyl acetate with butyl acrylate and acrylic acid. The kinetic character of this system was studied. The effect of the concentration of emulsifier (CE) and initiator (C1), reaction temperature (T) on polymerization velocity and monomer conversion were discussed. The experimental results illustrate that the emulsion polymerizing velocity increases with increasing CE, C1 and T. The monomer conversion increases with increasing CE and C1. When the temperature is 75℃, the highest monomer conversion is achieved. The apparent activation energy Ea=64.4kJ ·mol^-1. The relation of polymerization rate Rp with Cr, and C1 is Rp^∝ Ce^0.45C1^0.76. The results show that the mechanism of emulsion polymerization is not similar as the classic emulsion polymerization.
