摘 要:以粉煤灰为主要原料,采用共聚法制备了一种无机高分子絮凝剂—聚合硅酸铝铁(PSAFC)。分别研究了焙烧温度、m(NaF):m(粉煤灰)、溶出温度、盐酸浓度及溶出时间对粉煤灰中Al3+溶出率的影响以及碱化度、Al3+含量、Fe3+含量对其絮凝性能的影响。结果表明:当焙烧温度为900℃,m(NaF):m(粉煤灰)为0.20,溶出温度为105℃,盐酸浓度为20%,溶出时间为2h时,粉煤灰中Al3+的溶出率达到最大值41.5%;碱化度B*、铁含量和硅含量对PASFC的絮凝性能均有较大影响,当碱化度为0.8,Al/Fe物质的量比为10:4,Al/Si物质的量比为10:2时,PSAFC的絮凝性能最佳。A kind of Inorganic polymer flocculant, polysilicate aluminum ferric was synthesized by copolymerization method with using fly ash as main material. The effects of factors such as calcination temperature, m(NaF):m(fly ash ), digestion temperature, hydrochloric acid concentration and time on the Al^3+ dissolution from fly ash were studied, and the effects of exchangeable sodium percentage, Al^3+ content, Fe^3+ content on the flocculation performance of PSAFC were discussed. The results showed that the dissolution rate of Al^3+ was 41.5% when the calcination temperature was 900℃,m (NaF):m (fly ash)=0.20, digestion temperature was 105℃, hydrochloric acid concentration was 20%, and time was 2h. The exchangeable sodium percentage, Al^3+, Fe^3+ and Si content had influence on the flocculation performance of PSAFC, and it was optimal when the exchangeable sodium percentage was 0.8, M(Al):M(Fe) =10:4, M(Al):M(Si) =10:2.
