摘  要:基于非牛顿流体入口收敛压力降和入口自然收敛半角方程,应用Matlab软件对NR/SBR混炼胶挤出过程中入口收敛流动进行数值模拟,并讨论非牛顿指数、流道收缩比、表观剪切速率、流体粘附特性系数和Bagley校正因子等因素对入口压力降和入口自然收敛半角的影响。结果表明,在一定条件下,入口压力降随着非牛顿指数、流道收缩比、表观剪切速率和流体粘附特性系数等增大而增大;入口自然收敛半角随着Bagley校正因子增大而减小等。模拟结果与文献报道有较好的一致性。Based on equations of the entrance pressure drop and entry natural converging half angle of a non-Newtonian fluid in the entry converging flow,numerical simulation for the entry converging flow of NR/SBR compound during extrusion was made using Matlab software,and the influences of non-Newtonian index, channel contraction ratio, apparent shear rate, adhesion coefficient of the fluid and Bagley correction factor on the entrance pressure drop and entry natural converging half angle were discussed. The results showed that under given conditions the entrance pressure losses increased with the increase of non-Newtonian index,channel contraction ratio,apparent shear rate and adhesion coefficient of the fluid,the entry natural converging half angle reduced with an increase of Bagley correction factor,and so on. The simulations were very close to the experimental results.
