摘 要:采用1次施药、连续观察的方式,研究了0.5%NaCl水体中,日本锦鲤对高锰酸钾、硫酸铜、福尔马林等3种药物的敏感性。结果表明,日本锦鲤对高锰酸钾和福尔马林的安全浓度分别为2.110、25.011mL/L;在3种药物中,锦鲤对福尔马林的相对耐受性较强,当其浓度为74.31mg/L时,24h内开始出现死鱼现象;硫酸铜具有较长的药效作用,当浓度高达2.40mg/L时,96h才开始有死鱼出现;高锰酸钾的药效期较短,试验浓度中,48h后基本无死鱼。The sensitivity of larvae of fancy carp ( Brocarded carp ) exposed in the water with 0.5 % NaCl to potassium permanganate, copper sulfate and formalin was studied by dissolving the above medicines in water one time and continuous observing. The results showed that the safe concentrations of potassium permanganate and formalin were 25. 011 ml/L and 2.110 mg/L, respectively. Among three kinds of medicines, the relative tolerance of larvae of fancy carp to formalin was the strongest, fish occurred to die in 24 hours only when concentration of formalin reached to 74.31 mg/L. The effect period of copper sulfate lasted for longer time, when its concentration reached to 2.40 mg/L dead fish appeared after 96 hours. In addition, the effect period of potassium permanganate was shorter, , fish was not dead after 48 hours among all test concentration of potassium permanganate.
