摘  要:分析了塑料支架的结构特点,详细阐述了点浇口注射模具设计及其工作过程。采用了斜导柱抽芯机构,设计了一种新颖的嵌入抽芯滑块内部的防粘模机构,解决了侧抽芯时塑料件容易粘留于侧型芯的难题,实现了塑料件的顺利脱模。该模具型腔布局合理,结构紧凑,已投入大批量生产。The structural feature of plastic bracket was analyzed. The design and working process of injection mould with pinpoint gate were discussed in detail. The smooth demoulding of plastic parts was realized by adopting the angle pin core-pulling mechanism and the mechanism was set inside the core-pulling slide preventing plastic parts from adhering to the side core of the mould. The layout of the mould cavities was reasonable and the mould structure was compact. The injection mould was in mass production.
