中医物质转化理论的现代科学价值

摘　　要：中医物质转化理论是阴阳学说框架结构中的一部分，其认识的主体是气、形、质的相互转化。如果用能量、体积、质量分别为气、形、质换装，那么，“气生形”、“形归气”等语句所表达的就是能量、体积、质量的相互转化。可见，古代中国对能量守恒定律已经形成了自己的知识体系，因而可以带给现代科学许多启迪：①地球的膨胀是“气生形”的过程，到达地球的太阳能的最终去向，是转化为地球的体积。②功能状态与体重波动密切联系。当“气生形”时，机体能量转化为质量；当“形归气”时，质量又转化为能量。Matter transformation theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is a part of Yinyang theory,and its understanding is mainly about the intertransformation of qi,xing,zhi.If qi,xing,zhi are respectively replaced by energy,volume and mass,the expressions of that qi produces xing,xing returns qi will be the intertransformation of energy,volume and mass.Ancient China has ever built up its own knowledge system on the energy conservation principle ,which can bring modern science many enlightments.①Expansion of the earth is a process of that qi produces xing.The transformation result of the solar energy coming to the earth is eventually to become the size of the earth.Functional states are tightly connected with the changes of body mass.When the process of that qi produces xing happens,energy in the body will be converted into mass,while the process of that xing returns qi happens,mass will be converted into energy again.
