摘 要:从几种样品中分离出了两株高产絮凝剂的根霉M9和M17,研究了其复配产生的复合型微生物絮凝剂CMBF917的絮凝特性,并优化了其对马铃薯淀粉废水的絮凝条件。CMBF917为两菌分泌物,其具有投药量少、絮凝效果好、废水絮凝条件简易且成本低廉的特点:投药量仅为0.1mL·L-1,无需调节废水pH,投加5mL·L-110%的助凝剂CaCl2即可使废水浊度和COD的去除率分别为92.11%和54.09%。通过絮凝可从废水中回收无毒无害的蛋白物质1.1g·L-1,其可用作动物饲料。Two strains of complex microbial flocculant (CMBF) producing microorganisms were isolated from samples, and its flocculation characteristics were studied. Its flocculating conditions to potato starch wastewater were also optimized. The CMBF which is a kind of secretion produced by M9 and M17 has characteristics of lower dosage, better flocculation efficiency and lower cost in wastewater treatment. The optimized flocculating condition of it to potato starch wastewater was dosage of 0.1mL·L^-1, no need to adjust pH, 5mL·L^-1 10% coagulant aid CaCl2 added. The turbidity and COD removal rates after flocculation were 92.11% and 54.09%, respectively. 1.1g·L^-1 protein substance which can be used for animal feed because of irmocuity was recycled from wastewater.
