引入锌电极处理高氟饮用水的可行性研究

摘  要:在双铝极板电絮凝的基础上引入锌电极,制成锌铝电极。静态试验结果表明,采用锌铝电极可以有效的降低水中氟离子浓度;对水中CODMn和浊度的去除效果要优于双铝电极;在极板阳极面积与被处理水的容积之比为38.4m·2m-3,氟离子浓度为6mg·L-1时,最适处理条件:锌铝极板比为1:3,电解电压为18V,pH为6;极板间距为1cm;电絮凝反应时间为25~30min。为高效而安全地解决我国高氟饮用水的安全问题提供了一条新的思路及途径。On the basis of the dual-aluminum electrode, the zinc-aluminum electrode was designed by introducing zinc electrode.The results showed that zinc-aluminum electrode can effectively reduce the fluoride concentration, the CODMn and the turbidity removal is superior to the dual-aluminum electrode, when the ratio of anode area and reactor volume is 38.4m^2·m^-3, for the water samples with fluoride ion concentration is 6mg·L^-1, the optimal ratio of zinc and aluminum electrode, electrolysis voltage, pH, electrode spacing and reaction time is 1:3,18 V,6,1cm and 25 to 30min. respectively, providing a new way to resolve the problem of high fluoride drinking water efficiently and safely in China.
