水解酸化预处理处理混合制药废水

摘　　要：新北江制药厂以水解酸化作为混合制药废水处理的预处理工艺,该废水经过水解酸化预处理后其可生化性大大提高,从而使后续的好氧处理工艺取得了良好的处理效果。处理后水质稳定,水质指标达到广东省地方污水排放二级标准。重点介绍了水解酸化的调试以及稳定运行阶段的处理效果,对运行期间出现的问题进行分析、解决。运行结果表明,该工艺是一种有效的生物预处理工艺,具有良好的应用前景。The application of hydrolysis acidification-SBR on pharmacy wastewater treatment is introduced. The running results showed that the method is feasible to treat pharmacy wastewater containing highly concentrated organic impurities. The water quality of the final effluent can meet the Second Grade of Guangdong Local Effluent Discharge Standard. It has notable advantage such as simply operated, flexible operation and problems which appearing during flexible operation are analyzed and solved. Therefore, this process is worthy to be popularized.
