摘 要:黑启动决策的优化对电力系统在大停电后的快速恢复具有重要作用。为了适当选择决策指标中的指标值和权重,有必要分析决策结果对这些参数的灵敏度,迄今未见有关的研究报道。文中在介绍简单加权法决策模型的基础上,提出了一种灵敏度分析方法,研究了指标值和指标权重的变化对黑启动优选方案排序的影响,得到导致排序结果变化的灵敏度临界值。该灵敏度分析结果有助于调度人员选择黑启动方案,并按照实际恢复过程中相关因素的变化,采取有效应对措施。通过算例验证了该方法。Determining the optimal black-start restoration strategy is one of the most important issues having impacts on the restoring speed of a power system after a blackout. However, some parameters employed in making the decision such as values and weights of some indices are difficult to be quantified or their variable domains are large, and as a result how to properly handle these parameters or study the impacts of the variances of these parameters on the decision-making result is an important issue to be examined. Given this background, the sensitivities of a black-start restoration strategy with respect to some parameters mentioned before are studied, and a method based on the simple additive weighting model presented for this purpose. The impacts of the variances of the values and weights of indices on the ranking of the black-start strategies are examined, and the sensitivity intervals which may lead to the change of the ranking obtained. The sensitivity analysis results could be a very useful reference for dispatchers in making the optimal decision-making of the black-start strategy, so as to take appropriate measures against the variances of those factors in the restoration process. Finally, a numerical example is used to demonstrate the developed method.
