摘 要:从低频/低压切负荷优化问题的要素和研究内容出发,评述该时变非线性的时—空—物综合的风险优化问题的特点、求解技术、现状,并展望其发展方向。涉及的要素包括目标函数、约束、故障集、控制方式、控制地点、控制时间、搜索策略。传统的基于单机单负荷模型的低频切负荷和低压切负荷的整定方法不能满足现代电力系统的要求,提出基于轨迹量化分析和风险控制的发展方向,用安全裕度对控制措施的性价比来指导搜索、迭代优化。在此基础上研究切负荷控制的机理,实现低频与低压、前馈与反馈、暂态与中长期切负荷的综合协调。Concerning the time-space-physics risk management of the non-autonomous nonlinear control of under-frequency load shedding (UFLS) and under-voltage load shedding (UVLS), this paper reviews its essentials, characteristics, problem-solving techniques, current status and prospects. The factors include the objective function, constraints, fault set, control modes, controller location, executing moment and optimization strategies. The conventional setup method for load shedding is based on a single-machine single-load model and cannot satisfy the requirement of modern power systems. A new methodology is proposed, which is based on risk management and quantitative analysis for the time response curves. It employs the ratio between safety margin and control cost to guide the risk minimization process. Furthermore, the mechanism of load shedding is investigated; coordination between UFLS and UVLS, that between feedback control and feed-forward control, and that among transient-term load shedding, middle-term load shedding and long-term load shedding are studied.
