摘  要:为了改善镁合金表面的耐磨、耐蚀及抗菌性能,在Ni-Ce-P化学镀的基础上加入了纳米TiO2,在镁合金上获得了Ni-Ce-P/纳米TiO2化学复合镀层,对复合镀层组织进行了分析。最佳工艺参数:25.0 g/LNiSO4.6H2O,2.0 g/L TiO2,20.0 g/L柠檬酸,25.0 g/L NaH2PO2.H2O,10.0 g/L NH4HF2,0.1 g/LCe(NO3)3,0.2 g/L硫脲,2.0 g/L十二烷基硫酸钠,时间1 h,磁力搅拌。结果表明:Ni-Ce-P/纳米TiO2化学复合镀层使镁合金的耐磨性提高了1倍,耐蚀性优异,光催化性及抗菌性能良好。In order to improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and antibacterial behavior of Mg alloys, Ni-Ce-P/nano TiO2 composite coating was prepared on the surface of the alloy by electroless plating, where TiO2 were introduced into Ni-Ce-P plating bath. The optimized plating pa-rameters were determined, while the properties of the composite coating were analyzed. Results show that the optimized bath was composed of 25.0 g/L NiSO4 ? 6H2O, 2.0 g/L TiO2, 20.0 g/Lcitric acid, 25.0g/L NaH2PO2 ? H2O, 10.0 g/L NH4HF2, and 0.1 g/L Ce( ISO3) 3, and the optimized plating time was 1 h. The resulting Ni-Ce-P/nano TiO2 composite coating had excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and good photocatalytic and antibacterial properties.
