摘  要:目的研究二氧化钛(TiO2)纳米对雌性小鼠重要脏器的影响。方法5周龄雌性小鼠隔日腹腔注射TiO2纳米200 mg/kg(低剂量组)或500 mg/kg(高剂量组),对照组注射等体积生理盐水,共给药5次。停药1周后,测量各重要脏器的脏器系数、血清生化指标、雌二醇和孕激素水平,并行脏器病理切片和HE染色。结果两纳米剂量组主要脏器的脏器系数变化与对照组未见统计学差异;低剂量组和高剂量组小鼠血生化指标中,ALT/AST比值均有显著增加,高剂量组小鼠的ALP显著升高(P<0.05);高剂量组小鼠尿酸显著升高(P<0.05);高剂量组小鼠α-羟丁氨酸脱氢酶增高明显。低剂量组和高剂量组小鼠的雌二醇、孕酮水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),组织病理也未发现明显异常。结论TiO2纳米200 mg/kg对雌性小鼠肝、肾和心功能有轻度影响,但对小鼠雌、孕激素的分泌及卵巢组织病理无明显影响。Objective To investigate the effects of titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanopartieles on the main organs of female mice in vivo. Methods Female mice of 5 weeks old were intraperitoneally injected TiO2 nanoparticles 200 mg/kg (group TL) or 500 mg/kg (group TH) every other day for 5 times. Rats in group C were injected equal volume of normal saline as the controls. After one week of treatment, the coefficients of organs were measured. Serum biochemical parameters and gonadal hormones [estradiol(E2) and progestagen(P)] in groups of TL and TH were detected. Main organs were observed pathologicaly. Results Compared with group C, the coefficients of main organs were not significantly changed in both group TL and TH. The changes of serum ALT/AST ratio in groups of TL and TH,and ALP in group TH raised significantly (P〈0.05). Uric acid in group TH raised significantly (P〈0.05 )The significant increase of serum alpha-HBDH in group TH was seen compared with that in group C (P〈0.05). There were no significant changes in the pathological observation of main organs, including ovary and uterus. The levels of E2 and P were not significantly changed in groups of TL and TH. Conclusion There were slight damages seen in the function of liver,kidney and heart in rats treated with TiO2 nanoparticles 200 mg/kg. There were no significant effects on the secrease of E2 and P and pathology of the ovary, when treated with TiO2 nanoparticles 200 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg.
