摘　　要：目的:研究不同前处理方法对秦芫中龙胆苦苷含量的影响。方法:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对不同前处理方法的秦艽中龙胆苦苷含量进行测定,色谱柱为Chromatorax C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(1∶4),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长254nm,柱温30℃。结果:趁鲜清洗的秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量明显高于先干燥后洗净的品种。结论:栽培地区对秦艽不同的前处理方式而引起的有效成分含量降低的问题应引起重视。OBJECTIVE To research the effect on the contents of gentiopicroside in planting Gentiana on different preprocessing method. METHODS The contents of gentiopicroside in planting Gentiana was determinated by HPLC method, a Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm） with methanol-water as the mobile phase was used for gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 , the UV detection wavelength was at 254 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The content of gentiopicroside in washed fresh planting Gentiana is higher than that washing after the drying. CONCLUSION The different preprocessing will influence the content of gentiopicroside in the drug.
