摘 要:通过断口分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验和金相检验等方法对某油井发生断裂的一根钻铤进行分析。结果表明:钻铤内径偏大降低了钻铤外螺纹接头的承载能力,井眼全角变化率大导致钻铤承受异常旋转弯曲疲劳载荷,频繁的蹩钻和卡钻使钻铤承受额外的扭转载荷,最终使钻铤发生早期疲劳断裂事故。By means of fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test and metallography examination, the fracture reason of drill collar of oil well was analyzed. The results showed that the strength of drill collar was reduced because of abnormal big inside diameter. The drill collars were early fatigue fractured because bend load borne on drill collar was increased due to severe dog-leg of well hole, and torsion load borne on drill collar was added due to pipe sticking.
