摘　　要：优化了CG-6型大孔阴离子交换树脂从人血浆中吸附和分离凝血酶原复合物的工艺条件。考察了其对血浆中总蛋白和凝血酶原复合物的吸附情况及吸附等温线,以及影响凝血酶原复合物活性的因素。结果表明0.05 mol/L Tris-柠檬酸体系中,分别加入0.3mol/L蔗糖和甘露醇可使凝血酶原复合物的活性保持率由未加时的(51.1±5.0)%提高到(60.9±5.7)%和(83.7±6.7)%。Technical conditions for adsorption and separation of prothrombin complex concentrates from human plasma with CG-6 macroporous anion-exchange resin were optimized. The adsorption behaviors and adsorption isothermals of total proteins and prothrombin complex concentrates and the effect factors on activity of prothrombin complex concentrates were investigated. The results showed that addition of 0.3 mol/L sucrose and mannitol to 0.05 mol/L Tris-citric acid system could increase the activity maintenance rate to （60.9±5.7） % and （83.7±6.7） % as against （51. 1± 5.0） % of protein protectant free system, respectively.
