摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定莫达非尼肠溶片的含量。采用C_(18)色谱柱,甲醇-水(55:45)为流动相,检测波长259 nm。莫达非尼在2.5～150μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.4%。An HPLC method was established for the determination of modafinil enteric-coated tablets. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water （55 ： 45） at the detection wavelength of 259 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 2.5 - 150μg/ml. The recovery was 100.1%, with RSD of 0.4 %.
