棉织物的涂料浸染工艺探讨

摘　　要：涂料染色因其独特风格,拼色方便等优点在印染加工中得到广泛应用,但涂料在浸染中存在着染深性差、匀染性差、易沾污设备等缺点。探讨了对棉织物的涂料浸染染色工艺,通过对织物进行改性预处理,改进染色工艺,选择涂料,大大改善了织物染深性、匀染性、摩擦牢度和手感等染色性能。Pigment dyeing is widely used in dyeing process due to distinctive style and convenient to combination. Meanwhile, the pigment exhaust dyeing also has bad deep dyeing property, the nonuniform dyeing, spot easily and other shortcomings. The technology of pigment exhaust dyeing for cotton fabric is discussed. Through the cotton fabric with modification and pretreatment, the dyeing process and the choice of dyes are improved, which enhanced dyeability, such as deep dyeing property, uniform dyeing and crocking fastness, as well as handle.
