摘 要:采用线性规划法,基于生态功能绿当量对兰州市土地利用结构优化进行了研究。结果表明:优化方案需要通过园地和林地面积的增加来达到提高土地利用生态效益的目标,牧草地、未利用土地减少幅度不大,建设用地中除农村居民点用地减少外其余用地均增加;为同时满足兰州市土地利用总体规划和"十一五"规划的目标,部分地类的面积有所减少(如耕地),在满足生态效益最大的同时兼顾社会和经济目标的实现;提高土地利用的集约水平、开展提高耕地质量的土地开发整理、提高森林覆盖率,充分挖掘非农建设用地的绿当量和生态服务价值是实现兰州市土地利用结构综合效益优化的可行措施。The optimizing of land-use structure in Lanzhou was studied based on the ecological green equivalent with linear programming method. The results showed that: 1 ) In order to increase eco-efficiency of land use, garden and woodland area should be raised in the optimization program; grassland and unused land would reduce slightly; among construction lands, except rural residential land, the other types would increase. 2) In order to satisfy goals of the general land use plan and the "llth Five-Year Plan" , some land use types would reduce (such as cultivated land) ,it indicates the result not only satisfies the eco-eit3ciency largest of land use, but also meets both social and economic goals of land use; 3) Increasing the intensive land use, progressing the productivity of the cultivated land through land consolidation , increasing forest coverage rate, and excavating the value of ecosystem services of construction lands that have green equivalent are feasible measures to achieve the comprehensive benefits of land-use- structure optimization in Lanzhou.
