小井距提高低渗透油藏采收率方案优化研究——以胜利油田桩74-10-2井区为例

摘　　要：胜利油田桩74-10-2井区是特低渗透构造岩性油藏,在开发过程中,由于注采井距大,导致油层压降大,油井供液不足,单井产能低,注水效果不明显,开发效果较差。对该井区进行了调整方案研究,共提出了4个调整方案。结果表明,使用方案2,即当井网的井排方向与主裂缝方向错开45°角左右,井距在140～200m,注采比为1.0～1.1,压力水平保持在25.00～28.00MPa之间时,采收率可以达到28%以上。使用投资回收期法对各调整方案进行经济评价,结果表明调整方案2的投资回收期为4.33年,投资回收时间最短,经济上最合算。因而确定调整方案2为最终选择应用的方案。Wellblock Zhuang 74-10-2 was a structural lithologic reservoir of super-low permeability.During the production,because of big water flooding well space,the pressure drop of reservoir is great,feed flow of well is insufficient,the deliverability of single well is low,flooding response and development effect are poor.The development adjustment plans for this area are proposed.When the space between well line direction and major fracture direction is at an angle about 45°,well space is 140～200m,injection-production ratio is between 1.0～1.1,pressure keeps between 25～28MPa,the recovery ratio can reach at least 28%.The payback period method can be used to make an economic evaluation of each development adjustment plan.The result shows that payback period of plan two is 4.33 years,which is the shortest payback period in the four plans.Thus the 2 nd development adjustment plan should be applied in practice.
