摘  要:目的探讨化学发光法检测男性不育人群中精液ROS水平的意义。方法使用化学发光法检测1018例不育男性和50例已育志愿者精液活性氧水平。不育男性精液分为弱精子组(400例)、少精子组(19例)、少弱精子组(212例),少弱畸精子组(35例),精液指标正常组(352例)。结果男性不育人群精液活性氧水平呈偏峰分布,中位数为40 RLU/s;男性不育各组与志愿者ROS水平差异有统计学意义,不育组各组之间差异也有统计学意义。结论用化学发光法检测精液ROS水平能够较好地评价男性生育功能, ROS能够作为一个独立的指标指导男性不育的诊断。Objective To explore the significance of reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels in semen of infertile male. Methods The ROS levels in semem samples of 1018 infertile male and 50 fertile donors were detected by chemiluminescence assay. All infertile males were divided into five groups including asthenospermic group (400 cases), oligospermic group (19 cases), oligoasthenospermic group (212 cases) oligoasthenoteratozoospermic group (35 cases) and normal semen group (352 cases). Results The ROS levels in semen of infertile male displayed a skew distribution. The median of ROS was 40 RLU/s. There were significant differences in ROS levels between infertile groups and donors group, moreover there were also significant differences among infertlile groups. Conclusion Chemiluminescence assay was an effective method for detect the level of ROS. ROS levels in semen might be an independent factor for diagnosis of male infertility.
