摘  要:采用埋弧焊方法对三种不同的高碳高铬自保护药芯焊丝进行堆焊,并对其堆焊覆层的硬度、耐磨性以及显微组织等进行了试验,研究其堆焊耐磨层的组织、性能及其相互关系。结果显示:1#堆焊覆层材料耐磨性优于碳含量及硬度更高的2#堆焊覆层材料,表明同类堆焊覆层材料在硬度相近时其耐磨性主要取决于碳化物数量、形态、分布及大小,而合金元素对改变显微组织形态,晶粒大小与分布等方面有积极作用。With SAW welding machine, three kinds of high-carbon and high-chromium self-protecting flux-cored welding materials were deposited on the low-carbon steel substrate. The hardness, wear-resistance and microstructures of surfacing layer were tested and the microstructures, performances and their mutual relations of the surfacing wear-resistant layers were investigated. The results show that the wear-resistance of No.1 overlay is superior to No.2 material although the later has higher carbon content and :hardness. The wear-resistant mainly depenent on morphlolgy, size and distribution of alloy carbides when hardness is close. The alloying elements playd positive roles in changing the morphology, size and distribution of alloy carbides.
