摘  要:目的:研究营养补剂谷氨酰胺和茯苓对运动诱导的人体免疫功能变化的影响。方法:21名青年男性志愿者随机分为运动对照组(T)、运动+谷氨酰胺组(TG)和运动+茯苓组(TF),依实验方案分别进行5周递增负荷训练(60%~95%VO2max)和营养补充,动态观测分析外周血T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)、NK细胞、外周血淋巴细胞自发性细胞因子(IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ)的mRNA变化。结果:(1)运动对照组递增负荷训练5周后外周血CD3+和CD4+无显著性变化;CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比值、IL-4mRNA和IFN-γmRNA随运动负荷增加有升高趋势,第4周有显著性;NK细胞数和IL-2mRNA的变化呈波动性,在第3周及第4周时显著降低,第5周有升高的趋势。(2)运动+谷氨酰胺组外周血CD4+/CD8+比值有随运动负荷递增而升高的趋势;NK细胞数随运动负荷的递增无显著性变化,与运动对照组比较,第3周及第4周时显著增加;CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及各细胞因子mRNA随运动负荷增加变化均无统计学意义。(3)与运动对照组比较,运动+茯苓组各指标的变化均无统计学意义。结论:NK细胞对运动应激较为敏感,可先于其他免疫指标因运动负荷累积而受到抑制;补充谷氨酰胺可能对这一免疫抑制的发生具有一定的减弱作用。Purpose To investigate the effects of supplementation of glutamine and Fuling(hoelen) on the immune function in 21 young men undergoing 5-week exercise. Methods The subjects were grouped randomly as exercise+glutamine group(TG),exercise+Fuling group(TF) and exercise+placebo group(T). All groups were trained on bicycle ergometer using incremental loads from 60% to 95% VO2max for 5 weeks. Results There were no significant changes in blood CD3^+ and CD4^+ in group T after 5-week exercise. CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio, and IL-4 mRNA and IFN-y mRNA increased following the increasing of exercise intensity, but only in week 4 the increase was significant. NK cell numbers and IL-2 mRNA expression decreased significantly in week 3 and week 4 in group T. CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio in group TG decreased but the tendency of elevation with increasing of exercise load remained unchanged. NK cell numbers decreased in week 3 and 4 in group TG. As compared to group T, there were no significant changes in group TF after 5 weeks of exercise. Conclusion Results in this study indicated that NK cell was more vulnerable to exercise stress than others in immune system, and supplementation of glutamine could prevent exercise induced-immunological suppression in some extent.
