摘　　要：目的：探讨磁共振尿路成像（MRu）对尿路梗阻的诊断价值。方法：对50例泌尿系MR检查的病人用重T2WI快速自旋回波（FSE）序列作MR泌尿系造影，采集资源影像后作MIP（最大信号强度投影）处理。结果：50例病人均能显示尿路梗阻或占位的部位，能展示梗阻的形态和特征，对梗阻水平的定位及梗阻原因的定性均有较高的正确性。结合其他检查，41例获得正确的定位、定性诊断。结论：MRU是一种非侵袭性的影像学检查方法，具有安全、无创，不需造影剂及多平面成像的特点，特别适用于肾功能丧失和静脉尿路造影禁忌症的患者，可以作为泌尿系疾病特别是梗阻性疾病的有效检查手段。Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance urinary tract imaging to upper urinary obstruction. Method ： To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 50 patients with upper urinary obstruction, to analyse the coincidence rate of the result of MRU and final diagnosis. Result：The upper urinary obstruction and the obstructed location in 40 patients could be displayed, 41 cases got correct locating and qualitation diagnosis. Conclusion .. MRU is one kind of noninvasive imageology method , it has the characteristic of safety ,accury, non--trauma,effective , no radiation, non-- contrast agent and multiple plane imaging, and it has higher especially diagnostic value in upper urinary obstruction.
