摘 要:为了获得不同形态的三氧化钼粉体,尤其是获得三氧化钼纳米纤维,以仲钼酸铵饱和溶液和硝酸为原料,通过改变影响合成三氧化钼粉体形貌的工艺参数,在水热反应釜中,利用水热反应法制备出不同微观形态的三氧化钼粉体。采用XRD,SEM和HRTEM等手段对合成的三氧化钼产品进行结构表征。结果表明,当起始反应溶液酸度系数>15、水热处理温度>150℃、水热处理时间>20h时,可以制得三氧化钼纳米纤维,纤维直径为50~200nm,长度>20μm,三氧化钼纳米纤维沿(001)方向择优生长。当偏离上述合成条件时,可以合成柱状、板状和片状等不同微观形态的三氧化钼。In order to get molybdenum trioxide molybdenum trioxide powder with different morphologies, especially to get molybdenum trioxide nanofiber, using saturated solution of ammonium paramolybdate and nitric acid as raw materials, molybdenum trioxide powders with different micro-morphology were successfully synthesized through changing synthetic parameters of hydrothermal synthetic process in a hydrothermal reactor. Synthesized molybdenum trioxide powders were characteristiced by XRD, SEM, and HRTEM. Results showed that molybdenum trioxide nanofibers could be got which were more than 20 μm in length,50 -200 nm in diameter when the heat treatment temperature was more than 150 ℃, acidity coefficient of precursor solution was more than 15 ,and heat treatment time more than 20 h. Crystal growth direction of molybde- num trioxide nanofibers was (001). Deviating of synthetic process parameters mentioned above, molybdenum trioxide powders with rodlike, platelike, and flakelike micro morphologies could be synthesized.
