摘 要:研究织物组织结构对透气防毒服内层材料透气量、防毒时间的影响规律。选用腈氯纶掺炭股线作为经纬纱,选择平纹及其变化组织、四枚斜纹及其变化组织、八枚缎纹及其变化组织和联合组织,测试了15种组织织物的透气量及其防毒时间。研究结果表明:织物组织系数、浮线长短、组织点和交织点的分布影响织物的透气性和防毒性能;在织物面密度一定的条件下,纵凸条组织、四上四下右斜纹织物的透气性和防毒综合性能较优,平纹及其变化组织的透气性和防毒性能均达不到要求。Influential law of fabric texture structure on inner material air permeation capacity and antigas time of permeatable antigas cloth were studied. Modacrylic fibre treated by charcoal ply were taken as warp and weft, plain weave,twill,satin and their modified and combined weaves were selected,air permeation capacity and antigas time of 15 kinds of fabric were tested. The research shows that fabric texture coefficient, float length, cross-over point distribution effect fabric air permeation capacity and antigas time. In the condition of same fabric qualities per area, air permeation capacity and antigas time of vertical cord weave four-up-four-down right twill fabric are better, air permeation capacity and antigas time of plain weave and its modified weave could not reach needs.
