摘  要:研究镀银纤维的抗菌性能。采用琼脂平皿法对镀银长丝、镀银短纤及锦纶长丝的抗菌效果进行了定性测试分析,采用分光光度法和菌体干重法对镀银纤维、纯银丝、棉纤维的抗菌效果进行了定量测试与分析,结果表明单质银抗菌能力有限,镀银纤维具有良好的抗菌性,但表面涂覆抗氧化聚酯保护膜会缩小抑菌带宽度,对控制镀银纤维用量不利。Bacteria repellency of silver-plated fibre was studied. Bacteria repelleney experiment of silver-plated filament,silver-plated fibre and polyamide filament were tested qualitatively and analysed by adopting soft agar method. Antibacterial effect of silver-plated fibre, pure silver filament and cotton fibre were tested quantitatively and analysed through spectrophotometry and bacterial dry weight method. The result shows that bacteria repellency of pure silver filament is limit,bacteria repellency of silver-plated fibre is better while bacteriostatic belt wide will be reduced by covering antioxidation polyester protective film,which is not helpful to control silver-plated fibre dosage.
