摘　　要：探讨在R20型转杯纺纱机上纺制细号纱的工艺技术措施。通过合理配棉,清梳联工序加强混和和排杂,梳棉工序减少短绒,并条工序合理牵伸分配,转杯纺工序优选纺纱工艺参数和纺纱器材,加强设备维护,控制好温湿度,保证了产品的顺利生产。Processing technology measures of spinning fine yarn in R20 rotor machine were discussed. Cotton assorting should be done rationally. Blending and impurity-exhaust should be strengthened in blowing-carding process. Short fibre should be reduced in carding process. Draft distribution should be set properly in drawing process. Spinning processing parameter and spinning component should be optimized in rotor spinning process. Both equipment and temperature ＆ humidity should be maintained and controlled well,finally product could be produced successfully.
