摘 要:探讨细纱机前后区附加压力棒对成纱质量的影响。对细纱机不同牵伸形式采用前后区附加压力棒后成纱质量的变化进行了试验分析,结果表明:不同牵伸形式前后区安装附加压力棒后对不同品种的质量影响不同,后区附加压力棒较前区压力棒隔距块改善成纱质量明显,更适宜于长度整齐度差的纤维加工,而且可以适纺重定量粗纱。无论采用前区或后区压力棒,一定要对罗拉隔距、罗拉加压、粗纱定量、粗纱捻系数等纺纱工艺参数进行适时调整与优化,才能充分发挥附加压力棒的作用,达到提高成纱质量的目的。Effect of additional pressure bar in spinning machine front and back zone on yarn quality were discussed. Finish yarn quality differences caused by using front and back zone pressure bar in spinning machine with different draft forms were tested and analysed. The result shows that effect of different draft forms in front and back zone additional pressure bar on different products are different. Back zone additional pressure bar is more suitable to fibre with worse length uniformity and suitable to heavy weight per 10 m. Either pressure bar in front zone or back zone,spinning processing parameter have to be adjusted and optimized properly including roller gauge, roller pressure, weight per 10 m, roving twist factor et al,finally pressure bar function could be made full use to improve finish yarn quality.
