摘　　要：按照机车验收体制改革的要求,利用过程管理的方法,探讨形成满足过程控制要求的驻段验收室机车验收方式,监督驻在段质量管理体系运行的适宜性、符合性、有效性,实现验收方式由终验把关型向控制预防型的转变。According to requirements of locomotive acceptance system reform, the process management method is used to develop a new locomotive acceptance mode executed by locomotive acceptance office of Railway Administration in depot for meeting the requirements of process control, supervise the suitability, compliance and effectiveness of the quality management system in the depot, and achieve the change of acceptance mode from strictcheeck at final acceptance to controllable and preventive acceptance.
