一枝黄花及其总黄酮总皂苷利尿作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨一枝黄花煎剂及其总黄酮、总皂苷的利尿作用。方法:采用家兔输尿管法研究一枝黄花煎剂、总黄酮及总皂苷的利尿作用,并用原子吸收分光光度计测定家兔尿中Na+、K+浓度,比较用药前后尿量与离子的变化。结果:一枝黄花煎剂和总皂可以显著提高家兔排尿量(P<0.01),产生较强的利尿作用,作用维持时间在2h以上;一枝黄花总黄酮可以明显提高家兔排尿量(P<0.05),产生明显利尿作用,作用时间在2h以内。一枝黄花煎剂、总黄酮、总皂苷均可使单位容积尿液中的尿Na+、尿K+排出量减少(P<0.05),表现为排水大于排钠排钾。结论:一枝黄花具有较强的利尿作用,一枝黄花总黄酮和总皂苷是一枝黄花发挥利尿作用的有效成分,且两成分之间在利尿作用方面可能有协同作用。一枝黄花及其总黄酮、总皂苷均可作为保钾利尿药使用。Objective： To investigate the diuretic effects of Goldenrod Herb and its total tlavonoid and total saponins.Methods： The ureter collecting test in rabbits and the determination of the eoneertration of Na ^＋ , K ^＋ in urine by Atomic Absorption speetrophotometer were： used to study the diuretic e_fleets of Goldenrod Herb and its total tlavonoid and total saponin.Results： The urine volume in rabbits was significanfly increased by Goldenrod Herb decoction and its total saponin （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the strong diuretic effects would last at least 2 hours; The total flavonoid in Goldenrod Herb remarkably increased the urine volume in rabbits （ P 〈0.05）, and the diuretic effects would last less than 2 hours. Goldenrod Herb and its total flavanoid and total saponln could reduce the concentration of Na^ ＋ , K ^＋ in urine （ P 〈0.05） .Conclusion： The total flavonoid and total saponin were the effective ingredients of Goldenrod Herb, which has a strong diuretic effect.In addition, the total tlavonoid and total saponin might have a synergistic effect.Goldenrod Herb and its total flavonoid and total sapanin could be used as isokalaemie diuretics.
