货币错配与东亚金融合作路径选择

摘　　要：在国际生产体系发生转移的进程中,东盟10国和中、日、韩3国逐渐成为世界制造业的中心,而该地区的贸易计价与结算体系始终不能摆脱美元,造成货币错配。解决货币错配就要建立东亚区域金融合作机制,如区域内的汇率协调、建设区域内债券市场、建立合作基金等是该区域避免国际金融危机冲击的最佳选择。International production system and the international monetary system inconsistencies cause the mismatch of the international monetary system to form a cyclical financial instability. Happened in the international transfer of production systems in the process of East Asia includes the 10 ASEAN countries and China, Japan, South Korea 3 States gradually became the center of the world＇s manufacturing industry, while in the area of trade and settlement can not be denominated in U. S. dollars from the system, resulting in the International Monetary system mismatch. Mismatch will be set up to resolve the East Asian regional financial cooperation mechanisms, such as the region＇s exchange rate coordination, construction area bond market, funds are set up cooperation in the region to avoid the international financial crisis the best selection.
