提高纺织服装业动态绿色竞争力之见解

摘　　要：近年来,贸易技术壁垒已逐渐成为国际贸易中主要的非关税贸易壁垒,人们对纺织品服装在穿着使用过程中的安全性问题提出了更高的要求。美国、欧盟等一些工业发达国家和地区纷纷出台了一系列与此相关的严格的法律法规和标准。对比分析后配额时代前后绿色壁垒的特点及对我国纺织服装业的影响,并对当前不断发展变化的绿色壁垒以及保持我国企业产品的绿色动态竞争力提出学术见解,不无现实意义。In recent years, TBT has been a main non-tariff barrier of international transactions. There appears more strict demand on safety consumption of textile and garment products. According to the trend, on behalf of developed nations, US and EU establish some related standards, regulations and laws. Comparing and analyzing characteristics of green barrier before and after quota period, I put forward related countermeasure as well as a conclusion that only enterprise can keep dynamic green competence.
