复方甘草酸铵联合微波治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸铵联合微波治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及安全性。方法76例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组38例予复方甘草酸铵40mL 1次/d静滴联合微波局部照射1次/d治疗,对照组38例予维生素B1100mg、维生素B12500μg 1次/d肌内注射和布洛芬片0.3g口服,疗程均为2周。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为76.32%和39.47%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论复方甘草酸铵联合微波治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛安全有效。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of combination therapy with compound ammonium glycyrrhizinate and microwave treatment on post-herpetic neuralgia. Methods 76 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The 38 patients in the treatment group, were treated by compound ammonium glycyrrhizinate 40ml intravenous drip every day and local microwave irradiate. The 38 patients in the control group were treated by Vitamin B12 500μg and Vitamin B1 100mg intramusculm injection and motrin 0.3g orally every day. The therapy period was 2 weeks for both groups. Results The effective rate was 76.32% for the treatment group and 59.47% for the control group, with a significant difference. No adverse effect was found in both groups. Conclusion The combination of compound ammonium glycyrrhizinate and microwave treatment has an obvious therapeutic effectiveness and is safe in the treatment of patients with post-herpetic neuralgia.
