从策略孵化到空间再创造的城市复兴新思路--以泰州市三河地区复兴设计为例

摘　　要：基于"重振"的目的,对泰州古文化发源的三河地区进行了城市复兴设计研究,与普通的城市设计不同,本研究重点在于提供形象的复兴设计方法,首先提出整体层面和重要功能空间的分级复兴策略体系,搭建复兴的理论孵化平台,再通过具体的示范性规划操作,在总体方案设计的指引下,对包括居住复兴、商业复兴、滨水旅游空间建设等重点功能空间复兴进行模式化研究,由虚到实,避免复兴理论的空泛化,最大程度地保障了在物质空间层次的价值空间再创造得以实现的可能性。最后对策略和实践的契合点提出一些启示建议。Based on the aim of repromotion, we study the regeneration design of Sanhe area in Taizhou. It＇s different from the normal urban design; we focus on providing vivid method in urban regeneration design. Firstly, we propose the strategic renewal system in several levels of the whole and the important function spaces to build the theory platform. Secondly, in the direction of master plan, we take modeling method in our research of those function space,such as housing space, trading space, shoring space and so on. Our research guarantees to the most degree the possibility of making the re-production from those value spaces in material level. In the final, we provide some suggestion in the conjunction between strategy and practice.
