新活素治疗重症急性左心衰的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察新活素治疗重症急性左心衰的疗效。方法:58例重症急性左心衰患者随机分为两组,对照组28例给予常规治疗,治疗组30例在常规治疗的基础上加用新活素,观察治疗前后两组病人临床症状、体征、心功能等的改善情况。结果:两组治疗前后有显著性差异,治疗组治疗指标变化较对照组改善更加显著。结论:新活素治疗重症急性左心衰患者心功能改善明显,疗效确切。Objective：To study the effect of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide （Lrh-BNP） on treating acute severe left heart failure. Methods： Fifty eight acute severe left heart failure cases were divided into two groups at random. Control group （28 cases） were treated by routine measure. Treatment group （30 cases） were treated by routine measure and Lrh-BNP. Clinical symptoms, physical signs and heart function were examined pre-and post-treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Results：The treatment effects were obviously different in the two groups, and the indexes in treatment group were superior to control group. Conclusion： Lrh-BNP was an effective medicine on treating acute severe left heart failure.
