摘 要:以丙烯酸(AA)、马来酸酐(MA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,合成AA/MA/AMPS共聚物钻井液降粘剂,对其在泥浆中的降粘性能进行了室内评价,并利用IR对共聚物进行了表征,借助热分析考察了共聚物的热稳定性。结果表明,AA/MA/AMPS共聚物降粘剂可显著降低泥浆的粘度和切力,具有较强的耐温性,加入0.5%降粘剂的淡水基浆,高温降粘率可达92.1%,并且具有较好的抗盐抗钙性能。An AA/MA/AMPS copolymer as drilling fluid viscosity reducer was synthesized with acrylic acid (AA) , maleic anhydride( MA), 2 - acrylamido - 2 - methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) as raw materials. Its properties to reduce mud viscosity were evaluated in laboratory. The viscosity reducer was characterized with IR. Thermal stability of the eopolymer was measured by thermal analysis. The experimental results showed that it reduced viscosity and shearing force of mud and had strong thermal tolerance. When the addition of the reducer was 0.5% in fresh water clay mud, the thinning rate at high temperature was 92.1%. It had good salt resistance and calcium resistance.
