摘 要:以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2为多相催化剂,通过肉桂酸和正丁醇反应合成了肉桂酸正丁酯。探讨了TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2对酯化反应的催化活性,考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯收率的影响。实验表明:TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2是合成肉桂酸正丁酯的良好催化剂,在醇酸摩尔比为4:1、催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的2%、反应时间1.5 h、反应温度122~126℃的最佳条件下,肉桂酸正丁酯的收率可达93.33%。n -Butyl cinnamate was synthesized from cinnamic acid and n -butyl alcohol using TiSiW12O40/TiO2 as catalyst. The catalytic activity of TiSiW12O40/TiO2 on the esterification was discussed. And the factors influencing the yield of the product were investigated. The experimental results showed that TiSiW12O40/TiO2 was an excellent catalyst for synthetizing n - butyl cinnamate and the yield could reach over 93.33% under the optimum conditions as follows: molar ratio of n - butyl alcohol to cinnamic acid 4 : 1, the quantity of catalyst 2% (base on the total of feed stock), reaction time 1.5 h,and reaction temperature 122 - 126℃.
