摘  要:采用硅钨酸作催化剂,以戊酸和正戊醇为原料合成了戊酸戊酯。实验考察了影响酯收率的主要因素,确定了酯化反应的优化条件:在戊酸用量固定为0.1 mol时,酸醇摩尔比为1:1.4,催化剂用量为1.2 g,带水剂甲苯用量10 mL,反应时间60 min。在此条件下,戊酸戊酯产率可达97.09%。Arnyl pentanoate was synthesized with pentanoic acid and n -pentanol as raw materials and silicotungstic acid as catalyst. The main factors influencing the reaction were investigated by experiments and the optimum conditions of esterification reaction were obtained as follows: molar ratio of pentanoic acid to pentanol 1 : 1.4 ( amount of pentanoic acid 0. 1 tool), amount of silicotungstic acid 1.2 g, water - carrying reagent toluene 10 mL, reaction time 60 min. The yield of amyl pentanoate could be up to 97.09% under above the conditions .
