摘　　要：便携式水情信息终端,选用Intel Sitsang开发板和嵌入式linux作为系统平台,应用GSM技术进行数据通信。便携式信息终端接收各个现地水情测站以短消息发出的水位、雨量等实时数据,经过分析处理后写入数据库,同时具有图表形式的查询和统计功能,并在紧急水情时向用户发出警示,为水资源调度、防汛指挥等提供服务。The portable hydrographic information terminal selects the Intel Sitsang development board and embedded linux as the system platform and communicates data through the GSM technology. It receives the real time data, such as water level and rainfall, through short messages from each location station, writes into the database after analysis processing. Moreover, it has the graph form inquiry and the statistical function, can send out warning to user in the urgent state of the water, and provides services for the water resources dispatch, the flood prevention commanding, and so on.
