双液体垫对压疮患者MMP-2，9含量的影响及其疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察双液体垫对压疮患者伤口渗液及组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2，9（MMP-2，9）表达的影响，同时探讨MMP-2，9在压疮不同时期的表达及其与压疮愈合间的关系。方法将32例压疮患者分为观察组及对照组，各16例。其中观察组患者在双液体垫上进行翻身治疗，而对照组患者则在普通标准床垫上进行翻身治疗。采用pushTool工具评定2组患者压疮愈合情况，选用明胶酶普法检测压疮伤口渗液中MMP-2，9蛋白含量水平。结果两组患者pushTool评分结果随治疗进展呈逐渐下降趋势，观察组第21天时pushTool评分较对照组显著降低。进一步分析后发现，患者压疮伤口渗液中MMP-2，9活性与pushTool评分呈高度正相关；2组患者MMP-2，9均呈下降趋势，观察组患者MMP-2，9水平在7～21d时均较对照组显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论MMP-2，9可作为评定压疮愈合状况的生化标志物之一，同时本研究结果也进一步证实了双液体垫疗法对压疮患者有显著疗效。Objective To observe the effect of double fluid mat on the levels of matrix metaUoproteinases - 2 and 9 in bedsore wound patients. Methods 32 bedsore wound patients were divided into 2 groups, experimental group was treated with an double fluid mat and control group was treated with traditional mat. The expressions of MMP - 2, 9 were measured by gelatin zymography. Results The scores of push tool of all patients were decreased after treatment, and the score in observation group was lower than that in contrl group at 21 d. There was positive correlation between the score of push tool and the expressions of MMP - 2, 9. The expressions of MMP- 2, 9 were decreased after treatment, and those were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group during 7 - 21 d. Conclusions MMP - 2, 9 can be biomarkers for the healing of bedsore wound, an double fluid mat is helpful for treating bedsore wound.
