摘 要:黄褐斑的发病与加重和日光暴晒有关,并具有夏重冬轻的特点。近年来研究发现,紫外线的直接作用及间接分子调节能增加皮肤黑素的生成,并且紫外线还可以通过促进自由基的生成而间接产生色斑。多种线索表明,紫外线与黄褐斑的发病存在联系,一般可见光引起的慢性光接触过敏可能也与黄褐斑发病有关。The pathogenesis and aggravation of melasma are related to sun-exposure, and the disease is usually exacerbated in summer but relieved in winter. Latest researches have shown that the direct action and indirect molecular regulation of ultraviolet radiation can enhance skin melanogenesis. Also, ultraviolet radiation can indirectly cause hyperpigmented macules via formation of flee radicals. Lots of clues indicate that ultraviolet radiation and melasma are related. In addition, visible light induced-chronic photocontaet allergy may be associated with the pathogenesis of melasma. This paper reviews the relationship between melasma and uvtraviolet radiation.
