摘 要:目的:检测纳米细菌(nanobacteria,NB)感染SD大鼠前列腺致组织中细胞因子的变化,为Ⅲ型前列腺炎病因学研究提供实验依据。方法:成年雄性SD大鼠40只,随机均分为2组:对照组、模型组,各20只。对照组和模型组分别由尿道逆行注入生理盐水、NB,建立动物模型。在4周、8周后将对照组、模型组动物各处死10只,观察前列腺组织中细胞因子(IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6)的变化及病理变化。结果:4周后所有模型组动物前列腺组织呈慢性炎症改变,8周后持续存在。细胞因子在4周后升高IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6均升高,同对照组比较,有明显差异(p<0.05)。8周后,IL-1β、TNF-α水平稍有下降,IL-6仍维持高水平,同对照组比较,仍有明显差异(p<0.05)。结论:NB感染能引起大鼠前列腺组织炎性细胞因子的升高,造成慢性炎症。NB可能是Ⅲ型前列腺炎的病因。Objectives: To test the changes of cytokines in prostates of SD rats caused by nanobacteria (NB), and to provide experiment evidence for etiology of type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods: Forty adult male rats were divided into model group (20 rats), and control group (20 rats) at random. The rats in model group were reproduced by infusing NB suspension transurethrally, and done by infusing normal saline in control group. After 4, 8 weeks, the levels of IL-18、TNF-α and IL-6 were detected, and the pathological changes of prostates observed in model group (10 rats) and control group (10 rats). Results: After 4 weeks, Chronic inflammation were observed in model group, and lasted 8 weeks later. The levels of IL-18、TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly higher in model group than in control group (P〈0.05) after 4 weeks, and those were discovered 8 weeks later. Conclusions: Nanobacteria ean increase the levels of IL-18、TNF-α and IL-6, and result in chronicinflammation of SD rat prostates. NB may be the etiology of type Ⅲ prostatitis.
