摘 要:Th17细胞是近年来被发现的一种不同于Th1和Th2细胞并产生IL-17的Th细胞亚群,它具有独立的分化和发育调节机制。Th17的发育、扩增及分泌IL-17主要受TGF-β,IL-6,IL-23等细胞因子的调控。IL-17调节前炎性因子、趋化因子等的产生及分泌,在白细胞的迁移、破骨细胞的活化和骨质的吸收等方面发挥重要作用,并在自身免疫性疾病和感染性疾病中发挥重要调节作用。本综述主要介绍Th17细胞分化的影响因素、产生的细胞因子和在自身免疫病中的作用。It has been discovered recently that Th17 cell is a kind of Th cell subset, and is distinct from the Thl and Th2 cell and produce IL-17. Th17 cell has a mechanism of independent differentiation and developmental regulation. The development, proliferation and cytokine secretion of Th 17 are regulated by TGF-β, IL-6 and IL-23. IL-17 modulates the production and secretion of proinflamma- tive factors and CXCs, affecting the transfer of neutrophil, the activation and the absorption of bone. It plays an important role in autoimmunity diseases and infectious diseases. In this review, we discussed the effecting factors on Th17 differentiation, the poietic cytokine and the function of the cell lineage involved in autoimmunity diseases.
