摘  要:再生造纸是指回收利用各种已失去原有价值的废纸及包装纸箱作为原料,再造生产包装、卫生等低档类纸品的过程。再生造纸虽不产生黑液、相对公害较轻,但生产废水未经处理直接外排,仍造成严重的环境污染。为此,本文详细分析了其污水的来源及特征,结合当地实际,自行设计了一套再生造纸废水处理工艺。本工艺的重点是通过化学混凝法去除水中的污染物,COD去除率可达80%。Regenerated paper making use of regenerated pulp obtained by deinking paper once used had come to be in wide use from the viewpoint of environmental conservation. However, the wastewater had high concentration of contaminants and polluted environment seriously, and it must be treated before discharge. Through analyzed the characteristics of regenerated paper - making wastewater, and combined with the reality of local papermaking industry, a new treatment process of regenerated papermaking wastewater was desigened. The process was mainly remove the contaminants by the pressure dissolved - air - floated system. The results showed that average COD removal rate was 80%.
