摘 要:对X80钢级Φ1219mm×18.4mm螺旋缝埋弧焊接钢管在板卷的开卷检验、矫平后、成型后以及静水压试验等各个阶段的拉伸、冲击韧性及落锤撕裂等性能的不同以及截取试样时样坯的大小对拉伸性能的影响进行了试验研究,通过试验发现在不同的阶段取样所得的数据有一定差异,并呈现一定的规律性。板卷开卷检验和拆卷矫平后的性能基本一致,经过成型过程后其屈服强度下降,经过静水压试验过程后屈服强度则有一定上升,而抗拉强度则基本上无明显变化。使用氧气在钢管上截取试样时的高温对试样的拉伸性能有不可忽略的影响,使用较大的样坯可明显减小其影响。The transverse - to - pipe - axis ( TPA ) mechanical properties including tensile test, Charpy impact test, DWTT,etc were researched during the manufacturing process stages such as after uncoiling, after coil flatting, after forming and welding and after hydrostatic test for X80 Φ1219mm×18.4mm SSAW pipe. And effects of different samples size were also studied. There are some different tests results and rules among different manufacturing process stages. There is no difference of the TPA tensile test results between after uncoiling and after coil flatting condition, the TPA yield strength decreases after form- ing and welding process, and increases after hydrostatic test while the ultimate tensile strength remains unchanged. The prestrain causes increasing of pipe body yield strength in the TPA direction after hydro- static test. The tensile pro ting process, therefore the perties are affected significantly by the larger samples should be employed in temperature which is caused by gas cutorder to decrease the effects.
