摘 要:管道在安装施工阶段以及长期的运行中不可避免会出现机械损伤,管道中机械损伤破裂是管道的主要失效形式之一。沟槽和凹痕是管道机械损伤的主要形式,管道中沟槽和凹痕的组合缺陷会极大降低管道的强度。首先详细分析了两种预测模型,并给出了模型的适用范围,然后与全尺寸爆破试验结果作比较,得出沟槽型凹痕破裂模型是预测沟槽和凹痕组合缺陷更好的模型,最后提出了建议。mechanical In the pipeline's construction phase and long -term operation time, there will be inevitable damage for the pipeline. The burst of mechanical damage in the pipeline is the main form of pipeline failure. Dent and gouge are the main form of mechanical damage. The combination defect of dent and gouge would greatly reduce the strength of the pipeline. First of all, two prediction models were analyzed detailed, and the scope of application of the model were given, then were compared with the full -scale burst test results, and the conclusion that the dentgouge prediction model is a better model to predict a gouge and a dent defect was come to,finally, some suggestions were put forward.
