摘 要:利用生物滤塔替代填料塔吹脱处理高氨氮的味精废水,在不增加动力消耗的前提下,脱氨的同时还可生物降解有机物。在水温为27℃、气温28℃、水力负荷2 m3/(m2.h)、气液比3 000、pH值9.5的条件下,氨氮去除率为80%,并当COD负荷小于1.6/(m2.h)时,COD的去除率可达80%以上。The bio-trickling tower was employed to strip high ammonia monosodium glutamate wastewater instead of the packed tower in this paper. The results showed that the ammonia nitrogen was removed effectively and partial organic matter was hiodegraded without increasing power consumption. Under the condition of water temperature was 27 degree Celsius, water temperature was 28 degree Celsius, the hydraulic load was 2 m^3/ (m^2 · h) ,Air/Liquid ratio was 3 000 and the pH value of 9.5, the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen amounted to 80%. Over 80% COD was removed when COD load was less than 1.6 kg COD/( m^2 · h).
