摘  要:试验研究了高温热水灌注处理对土壤根结线虫的防治效果。结果表明:发病严重的温室土壤经热水处理后其根结线虫的数量被有效控制在5条/100g土以下,而对照未处理土壤中线虫的数量为100条/100 g土以上,可见高温热水对线虫有显著的灭杀效果。与对照相比,处理后在番茄的各生育期对根结线虫病的防效均达60%以上,产量增加71.6%。该研究结果表明热水消毒土壤可有效用于蔬菜根结线虫病的治理。The hot water injection methods were used for root-knot Nematodes soil sterilization in solar greenhouse in winter, the results showed that the number of Nematodes(Meloidogyne incognita) in treatment soil declined to be 95% than that in untreated control, which means the hot water treatment has significant sterilization effect to Nematodes. Comparing to CK, the prevention effects in different development stage in treatments was 60% higher than CK, and the yield increased 71.6%, so we suggested that the hot water sterilization method was an effective method to sterilization Nematodes soil in protected horticulture.
